Veneer / Crown Lost
Veneers or crowns can become loose or come off. There are numerous reasons for this. Fitting them again is a matter of a few minutes and we can solve it quickly and easily.
Good to know
REFIT THE DETACHED “PART”.
If a veneer becomes detached or a crown becomes loose, please take the piece with you to your appointment. As a rule, if no parts are chipped and the piece is whole, this detached part can be refitted and fixed without much effort and expense.
HAVE YOU LOST THE PIECE?
Don’t worry, we can provide a replacement immediately and fit and insert the missing piece for you.
How does treatment work?
After cleaning and preparing the tooth, the crown or veneer is prepared with a special solution so that the adhesive material adheres perfectly and adapts to the tooth. The aim is always to ensure that the surface is meticulously cleaned and prepared so that no bacterial plaque can settle underneath or in between and caries can form. The missing piece is then applied to the “prepared” tooth and, in the case of composite veneers, “modeled”. This requires experience and “imagination” on the part of the dentist in order to achieve an ideal aesthetic and functional result.
