This means that during your first appointment, we always take a digital photo of your current condition and, if necessary—in case you don’t already have one—a 3D X-ray of your jaw, and we thoroughly assess your wishes, needs, and concerns. This forms the basis for us to present you with a comprehensive treatment plan. Some patients do not want this; in such cases, we’ll explain your options to you.
It’s helpful to share relevant information in advance; this saves time during the initial consultation, allowing us to devote sufficient attention to you. However, it does not save the time we take to conduct our own assessment, understand your wishes and needs, and provide you with the best possible care for your dental health.
